This has been a great experience, from purchase to installation and finally use. I air fried potato wedges and they were the best tasting potatoes we have ever had. Then I tried a pork loin with convection roast and the temperature probe. Flawless, set up and resulted in a perfectly browned and sealed roast and moist and a perfect 170 degrees on the inside. I was so tired of the glass top electric we previously used; once the top gets hot, there is no turning it down.
