I bought this about 2 months ago & cools well in this humid Georgia heat. We live in approx. 400 sq. ft. trailer & hope it heats as well as it cools this winter so we can avoid high gas costs. The price of the unit is about the cost of one tank of gas here to hoping the investment pays off :-)
