Have had this unit for about 5 years now and it works as well as the day I bought it. I live in central Texas and it gets hot here. HOT. This baby cools 4 big rooms with 10' ceilings and no external wall insulation. Temp stays around 70 degrees F. Super comfortable. And my electric bill is substantially less than with the older technology. And I love the remote access to controls via cellular and the Thin Q app. What's not to like? Highly recommend.
