Our guests at Coppermine Lodge love the new units this season as they are staying cool during a record heat wave. We have replaced the A/C in 5 of our large units (3 bedrooms) with this model and plan to purchase more. The effectiveness and the price is why we will use LG as we make additional replacements in the future. Thanks, Jeff

This unit cools & heats. Only used it for 2 months but liked it and can't wait to see what it does during the winter.

Enjoy having the heat option on these air conditioners. It really helped knock the chill off the entire area during our show week. It was great to be able to have heat in the mornings and then air conditioning in the afternoons, if needed, as the day heated up.
