My first LG 8,000btu unit was in for 10 years and still works. I bought a new one for our bedroom and the old one now keeps my shed cool and dry

I have one of these a/c's. It started acting odd so I emailed LG service. Next day, I got a call from a tech. We discussed the problem, arrived at a diagnosis. He then had a replacement part shipped in next day air and arrived that day and installed it. I didn't think this level of service existed in this day and age. LG- you've got a customer for life.

The LG LW8012ER A/c unit is like having central A/C! It's easy to install runs efficiently, cools down big rooms very well. It is louder than other similar size units, but it is energy efficient and has all the settings that any consumer would want in a window A/C. We are quite pleased with this purchase! Highly recommended!
