I bought this item a month ago and I am somewhat not convinced of a happy purchase!First off the A.c came damaged with dents luckily I purchased insurance and took pictures, the ac is great and very powerful but the Thin Q program isn't very effective and isn't very smart , it is a hassle to connect Bluetooth or Wi-Fi with your device and was complicated to install , this device is great but to run it with Thin Q Program is very Complex and frustrating at times , I do recommend this device but if you're trying to use This device smart Thin q program I wouldn't recommend it .
