i absolutely love my machine. I rent an apartment and it came with this 2 in 1 washer dryer combo, i don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. It is a smaller load capacity drum good for one or two people in a home/apartment. It has a sticker when you open up the lid that shows you what the max load height is for drying. Clothes always come out dry, sometimes you need to give the clothes a wave in the air as they are steamed and feel damp but are not. It does not take 5 hours to do one load, more like 2/3 including drying and considering how big or small the load is.

I've been using washer dryers all in one for 20 years. This unit is my third and it's the best, particularly with the drying. This unit gets the clothes dry in an hour. The others took two hours.

Have owned for a year and am happy with the purchase. This is a great machine, I am loving the combo feature and not having to switch the wash from the washer to the dryer. I can set the cycle - come home and the laundry is all set!! Also the machine takes up less space-- which is great!!
