Multiple washing cycles allows for washung several different fabrics. Tired of paying laundromats to.clean my comforters, the load capacity is what sold me. This top loading unit is pretty sleek looking and is quiet when compared to other units. Cleans the clothes very well. On occasion there is a residue that resembles lint that will collect on my dark load which causes me to run it through the rinse cycle again. That would be the only negative I've experienced.
