We purchased our LG washing machine a couple of months ago. I absolutely love it. Fascinating to watch the various cycles; uses a good amount of water to actually clean the clothes, and has all of the features I needed. I prefer the agitator style machine; never felt clothes were really clean with our previous one that used a minimal amount of water and no agitator. My only problem is that I am short and it's kind of a "stretch" to get the laundry out of the bottom of the tub - no fault of the machine. I did not receive this product free for a promotion.

I purchased this washing machine in December 2023. So far it has worked great. It spins first to balance the clothes then begins washing. There were some complaints about it not filling up properly, but I put all loads on deep wash and have no problem.

I've had this washer for a little over 3 years, and it has performed so well. My only issue (a me issue) was that I didn't know how to use all the functions for a few years in. I finally know how to soak the clothes without having the water drain too soon. The capacity is great, it's fairly quiet and cleans the clothes well. I like having an agitator, even though many washers don't have them any longer. Overall, great machine, great price, and still looks like brand new.
