I've had this dryer 2.5 years now and have no complaints. Items dry rapidly. Love the different settings ... Takes the guess work out of drying times. And the capacity is amazing. My husband is a big guy with big clothes and because I space out my laundry, there's usually large loads to be washed and dried. This is not a challenge for the dryer at all. Everything dries uniformly.
