I was forced to run out and buy a new fridge unexpectedly when ours died died and we had to their out all the food. I had intended to but a cheap, even used, replacement. But after searching dozens of fridges I chose this one because it had all the features I loved like a large cheese drawer, French drawers, bottom freezer and an ice box located IN the freezer, not in the door. I was not happy about what had happened nor buying such an expensive fridge unexpectedly, but the exceptional warranty and beautiful design of the fridge won me over. Though it is about 2 inches smaller than our last fridge, the inside cubic space is about the same somehow and I've been impressed with how quiet it is.

Purchased for a kitchen renovation where we have limited space, but the water and ice features haven't been hooked up yet - we're still in the process of fitting out the kitchen. It is replacing a Gallery that was too large for the space and it will coordinate better with the KitchenAid range that we've already purchased. The refrigerator section has plenty of storage room, and the doors open smoothly. The handles are easily graspable for those with limited mobility, and are the same style as the KA. Compared to the interior of the Gallery, the Maytag interior quality is several pay grades above, but the price difference is within reason. I think we'll really like this fridge.

We have had this for about three weeks and like it very much . The only thing is you have to watch is you have to make sure that you close the doors . The door on the left side can stay open and the door open lite does go out . We just make sure that we make Shut to shut the doors. No other problems
