I bought this over 6 years ago and have been very pleased with it. I have had no mechanical issues with it. The only problem I do have is the dryer vent - you can pull it out and take the lint off but a lot of it falls into the bottom of the lint area and it's VERY hard to clean out. I use my refrigerator wire brush coil cleaner to try to get out some of the lint but it won't get it all. I have also used my vacume to clean some out but the attachment isn't small or thin enough to get it all. It would be great if it was easier to clean. I worry that this might be a fire hazard.

Love our new Maytag dryer. We use a lot of towels in this house, and this large capacity dryer gets it done fast!
