This item was purchased in 2008 as a gift. The only way to go is Maytag. My first service was nine years later. The service man went directly to the problem. And left me with some amazing do's and don'ts along with helpful tips. Thanks so much to my Maytag Service man, you rock! timely, neat appearance, and very well versed and knowledgeable with my Maytag gas dryer.
