I bought this washer 4 years ago and it has given me excellent service four 4 years. I can see that others have bought this machine and maybe had a bad experience, but I haven't I am lucky because I live in an area with a good appliance repair business that is Maytag rated. I have had only one leak from the machine and that was caused by clothing being caught between the door and the rubber seal, other than that this washing machine has performed flawlessly and I would recommend it to anyone.d
