We bought this machine about a month ago to replace a 5 year old whirlpool. It works so much better than the old one. No complaints. Live not having to put soap in every load. That is a wonderful feature.

Love the sanitize cycle. I have dogs and this feature cleans pet beds and dog toys wonderfully.
