Our service representative, Carlos, was excellent. He was on time, his appearance was neat and professional, he was friendly and thorough in his service and most of all he was honest. I could not ask for a better experience.

The clothes spin out so well that some fabrics are practically dry.

This is the most amazing washer I have ever seen! My clothes are cleaner than they have ever been. I can wash a king sized comforter with no problem. I can wash larger loads of laundry in this washing machine than I could in my old machine. I wipe down the door, the seal, and the detergent drawer when I finish washing clothes. I also run a clean cycle once a month and I have yet to notice an odor. I can't stress how wonderful this washer is, I love it!
