this is the best over range micro for me! I am barely 5 ft and the old style round trays always leave me struggling to reach my coffee mug or bowl in the back of the unit. With glide tray, everything that goes in is always within my reach. Plus, it is wonderful for rectangular cookware.
I'm trying to buy this unit for a second home. Now, if I can only find it! So far, my search for local stores is not successful
