Had it for a few years now. Lid lock had a problem, easily replaced by repairman, but that's the only problem after this long. Never know, kids may have caused that problem. Holds a lot! Small strings and shoulder straps can get tangled but easily untangled. Love the time delay. I set everything to be done when I wake up in the morning and throw it in the dryer for nice warm, unwrinkled clothes when we wake up!
