The first one we received was pretty much dead upon delivery. The first load, it leaked oil on the floor and made the towels smell like oil for many months. Thankfully, the replacement was just fine! I like the features, the clothes get clean, and it can handle big loads. One quirky thing is when it finishes a load of blankets, they end up creating like a mini trampoline. They're clean -- it just looks funny. I prefer to pour the detergent into the bottom of the tub before washing a load, but note that the soap dispenser drawer above the tub holds water in it after wash cycles, so I either keep it open between washes or dry it with a towel to prevent mold/mildew buildup. It took a little while to get used to its clicks and sounds when you're used to a washer that just starts up right away. I do wish it had a chime at the end of the cycle. But our family of four has had it for five years and it's been a great washer!

Just got this recently as a gift from my parents & I am in love! I Just moved in a apartment and I am so happy it's saving me a lot of money! And is eco friendly! *****

My husband installed this washer and said it was an easy installation with great directions. It works very well, has all the settings we need and is energy efficient! Great price too!
