Too much of a hassle, too many problems, never worked. Will never buy maytag again.

After only a few years of use, bearings are shot and serviceman recommends purchasing new washer. He says, "I hate these washers!" This is what he told us at first look. Family of 4 used this washer for 3 years.

Had the machine for one year when the machine's sensor board and pump went. Has taken at least a month to hopefully get repairs. This tells me that this machine was a lemon to have the essential parts not work. The machine washes three small loads per week. I am sure if a family of four were using this machine, it probably wouldn't have lasted three months. Would not recommend this product or any Maytag machine.
