The temperature sensor is a safety device that constantly monitors the temperature when the ventilation hood is switched on. If a certain temperature is exceeded the ventilation hood automatically switches to the intensive setting. This avoids unnecessary energy consumption. The temperature sensor provides added peace of mind.

Vented hoods suck up cooking vapors and filter out fat molecules through a grease filter. Next, an exhaust duct leads the filtered air from the kitchen to the outside. As this air leaves the kitchen, it takes away odors and excess humidity as well.
