I have had this fridge 9 months, ad have two main complaints. First, it is noisy. The fan comes on and makes a much louder clicking noise than I have ever heard a refrigerator make. Second, the veggie and meat drawers are almost IMPOSSIBLE to get out. I have had two technicians here, and they aren't able to do it themselves! You have to press here, jiggle there, the entire time worried you will break the plastic, and finally it may or may not come out. I have had many fridges over my lifetime, and this is the first time that I have had this problem with any fridge. The manual is zero help, and there is no video. Probably, Miele is afraid to post a video showing how this would work because it is so tricky. I would not buy this refrigerator again, and the next time I do buy a fridge, I will be checking for ease of removal. The freezer drawers are also tricky, but at least it is possible to remove them.
