WHEN THE ICE MAKER IS WORKING IIT'S GREAT. I HAVE HAD FOR THREE YEARS AND HAVE REPLACED THE GRID FOUR TIMES, ANT NOW THE LATER LEVEL SENSOR IS BAD. I HOPE IT'S NOT THE CONTROL BOARD. I EXPECTED G.E., ESPECIALLY MONORGRAM, TO BE BETTER QUALITY.

Ive had this ice machine for a couple of years. Purchased it bc I bought all GE monogram appliances from stove to refrigerator. Love the brand BUT HATE THIS ICE MACKER!!! It is loud and is not consistant. Constant problems. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy! Its been one headache after another
