After having a professional chef grade Viking Gas Cooktop in our previous home, we were AMAZED at the quality &appearance of our new GE Gas Cooktop. SUPER EASY to clean up spills on the black porcelain enamel surfaces around the burners and the griddle and cutting board are an added BONUS!!!
