Its great. Use almost daily. Cermaic plate cracked expensive to replace. Now the burner wont stay lit.

Bought this grill thinking it was a very high end product., very disappointed with the design of the grease trap. It is practically impossible to pull out without spilling all over. Napoleon doesn't make a liner for it and I don't think a liner would work. They suggested that you line it with aluminum foil which is almost impossible. I have other Napoleon grills where this design isn't a problem, However I wouldn't recommend the 700 series Napoleon as Napoleon has a horrible grease trap design and is unwilling to resolve it.
