I bought this 5/18 with the optional marble table the size is perfect for a small space! The only negative with this unit is the location of the gas knob. It's under the unit, difficult to reach. But works beautifully! The unit sat uncovered throughout our harsh winter with snow and ice on it, unit still looks brand new in March. Highly recommend! Would be a 5 star if on / off gas knob was more accessible .

I want to like this product. First one of the logs was broken when it arrived. The company I ordered it from sent me a replacement. It too was broken when it arrived. They then sent a whole new set and a different log was broken. Then I got a 3rd of the original broken log. After all logs were put together properly I turned on the unit and I can see no flame. It's roaring hot and roaring / whistling, but you can only see blue flame at the very bottom. The logs show no flame at all. It seems like it needs aggregate over the burner, but the instructions say not to place it on the burner unless you remove the logs and use MKR rock or glass aggregate. I want the log look but I also want to see flame.
