This looks fantastic in our wall, love the design and the color options. The flames look realistic and the heater provides enough ambient heat that it quickly warms you up when you are in front of it. We do not use it to heat a full room, just "to get the chill off". Assembly of unit is easy, instructions are clear and easy to use. A couple of installation issues though - the height / width clearence specifications are incorrect. If the unit was not screwed together I guess they would be right, but because of the screw heads I had to add a 1/2" width and height to my inner frame. The depth was another issue, The cord protrudes out the back of the unit on the far left side, there is no option to route the wiring to the bottom without modifying the unit (that I could find) even if I was to wire it in directly the wiring required that it come out the back of the unit on the left side. In my case (wall mount) I had to cut the existing drywall away and create a chasam to the far left side of the unit. So what I am saying is that it would have been nicer to have an option to route the wiring directly down as well.
