Overall I am very happy with the LG dryer. However, I'm disappointed with the installation process. I paid for full install with all of the parts. First, about a month later, we had an error message about a clogged vent and pulled the dryer out to inspect and noticed that the hose was far too long and was bent and kinked, causing the problem. Once we cut and shortened the vent piping, that problem was solved. We had also noticed that the steam feature didn't work well. When we had the dryer out to solve the above issue, we noticed that no water line was installed to the dryer, even though we paid for full installation.
