Iam very happy and pleased with my new Samsung BeSpoke! I can't believe how many different options there are to use. From towels to delicates, fabric type and OMG the steam and sanitize whites cycle is my absolute favorite!! I kind of gave up doing whites separate due to the fact of them never coming even close to white again. However this steam and sanitize white cycle option on this machine is a godsend!! I cant believe how white my whites actually were when the cycle was complete! Iam amazed! I never thought this was possible! The little tune the washer plays when the cycle is done is nice! I love the option of turning up the increments of volume also so everyone can here when the cycle is done. The noise level on this unit is nothing less than amazing as well! I can have both the washer and dryer both going at the same time and would not even know it! Compared to my old unit which had the whole house shaking. I got the black color Bespoke unit and love, love how attractive it looks! The reminder on the dryer to clean the lint filter also, is another one of my favorites. It won't start your cycle until you press the button saying you cleaned the lint filter! Absolutely genius! My family always had a problem doing just that and now I don't have to worry about any of that anymore either! I can't believe how "Smart" this machine actually is! I kind of had my doubts as far as this being easy to figure out and doing what it claimed it would but now Iam a true believer! Everything about this machine makes me happy! For once in a long time, I do not have any complaints! If anyone were to ask I would have not 1 single negative thing to say. I would very much so recommend the Samsung BeSpoke Washer/ Dryer combo to anyone in the market for a new washer and dryer!!

Not only is the washer and dryer large enough to handle a household of 5 (three of which are growing school aged children), but it does all the thinking for you! I love the set it and forget it type feature where I fill the dispensers with my detergent and softener once for several loads. And I frequently use the AI OptiWash setting which automatically adjusts the cycle according to the fabric. No more thinking through which type of cycle I need for each of my many loads of laundry. And I really like the steam sanitize option too! I've also found the delayed wash setting to be really valuable. Instead of setting the time you want it to start, you set what time you need it to be completed. I set a load overnight and I'm able to put it in the dryer before I head out for work. So convenient!!

Despite its stacked design, it offers ample space, with a washer capacity of 4.6 cu. ft. and a dryer capacity of 7.6 cu. ft., easily handling my family's laundry needs both big and small. The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry features are fantastic additions. They detect soil level and fabric type, adjusting settings accordingly to ensure a thorough clean and gentle drying cycle, which is essential for preserving the quality of my clothes. I never knew how much I needed this and can see our clothes and linens lasting much longer with this technology. In terms of speed, the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub doesn't disappoint. The Super Speed Wash and Dry option allows me to wash and dry a full load in just 58 minutes, perfect for those busy days when I need clean clothes in a hurry. I've also had the pleasure of using the Flex Auto Dispense system, and it's been a game-changer. Automatically dispensing detergent and softener based on load size saves me time and ensures I use just the right amount of product, reducing waste. I also really like that we can hide the detergent and softener containers in the pantry, as we only need them to refill the dispenser. The interior design is thoughtful and practical. The Easy Reach control panel makes it easy to access settings, and the spacious, well-lit interior of both the washer and dryer makes loading and unloading a breeze. Overall, the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub has exceeded my expectations. Its innovative features and impressive performance have made laundry day a much more manageable task.
