I bought this laundry center last week and everything is going OK as it should so far.

This unit was purchased for the school I work for. The unit was purchased brand new in July 2022. I called for service twice & each time I was given the run around.

The machine broke down after a few months. We were under warranty, but Whirlpool could not get the parts. Service is horrible and very unresponsive. We even wrote a letter to the CEO, who does not care. The executive management team has no power to handle the situation and would not offer any solution. The support numbers provided here are worthless. The technicians sent out had never seen this machine before.
