Replaced a different brand microwave that lasted for less than 4 years. This Frigidaire is user friendly with large keypad. The white interior is bright, easy to clean and allows you to see what's cooking. Time settings seem fairly accurate, have added 30 seconds to pop popcorn for it to complete. Love the soften/melt setting and the 10 second quick start as well as the 30 second button. Longevity will tell the full story but so far very impressive!
