i've had this dryer for over 2 years with zero issues, honestly my only complaint is trying to get it to fit into spaces.

purchased a samsung appliance package to replace our aging appliances. the samsung products are less than 2 years old. this morning our dryer ( dv56h9100ev/a2 ) decided it was going to run continuously whether the dryer was turned on or not. google search suggest this is a stuck relay on the power control board. seems to involve multiple model numbers over numerous years. you would think samsung would monitor quality control with its suppliers and address what seems to be a rather simple issue. come on samsung! additionally, it appears the relay cannot simply be swapped with a new one. the board is covered in an epoxy or silicone making component replacement difficult. cost of the new board is significantly greater than a single relay. really disappointing samsung.

Bought this product 3 years back and now have the drum crack inside of dryer. I was researching and it looks like lots of samsung dryers are having drum cracks. Very disappointed with product we are paying such high prices but in return get the poor quality dryers.
