we have owned this model for 8 years. it needed a warranty repair the first year which was taken care of. over the years we have replaced the water level sensor once and the ecs sensor twice. overall it has functioned well and still cleans beautifully and has always been whisper quiet. a few other things are startimg to wear out so a new linear wash samsung dishwasher is being delivered this weekend.
we did not hesitate to choose another samsung. all brands have good and bad reviews. the new model looks like weak spots have been improved. just wanted to share our long-term ownership experience.

the dishwasher has been working just fine an today i opened it up and the door dropped like a lead brick! i think it must have water in it! boo on the seals!
