i was cleaning the front of the microwave with a dish towel and it scratched the front of the microwave. i didnt believe it so i cleaned another spot just above the previous one, and yup, a cotton dish towel cratched the surface.

don't spend double the money to get something that's dead 3 years later...may2017- 7/8/20...makes a popping sound and doesn't heat...1 year warranty through samsung which is convenient because it takes a little longer to go out...wish i would have done kenmore which was originally in my home...kenmore ran fine for 20 years until range died and i replaced all appliances to match everything even though nothing but range was broken...thought it would be another 20 years before i had to replace again but that's what i get for thinking...biggest mistake of my life...still outrageously priced 3 years after i purchased mine...wish i could return it and get a more proven reliable brand...still looks brand new never even used all features just regular microwave setting...

i haven't had any issues with the since we bought it. was actually shocked to read all the bad reviews for the control buttons. it has been almost three years and no complaints.
