I've had this microwave for 8 years and have never had a problem with it. It's easy and intuitive to use. Reliability is strong and performance consistent (can't say the same for my other Samsung products — especially my refrigerator).

It sounds crazy but I am furious I was stupid enough to assume anyone would make a microwave that required you to hit "start" after the "add 30 seconds" button. I HATE this thing because of it! Do you know how many times I need to hit that button every day?! It's lunacy. We spent half the day installing it and I am seriously considering replacing it with another brand.

I've had this model for about 4 years and all in all it's a good product, except that when you start it, it makes a VERY LOUD POP and you can see a spark in the digital display. And I mean very loud! I'm finally sick of it and I am getting ready to buy a new one since it doesn't make sense to get it repaired as it would cost as much as a new one.
