Been Happy. Bought back in 2015. Never had a single issue until 2022. Can't get waterwall to move anymore after several parts replacements. Luckily covered under home warranty program. Now we are looking to replace with an updated newer model.

This replaced an older Frigidaire Gallery OTR microwave, and the difference is night and day. This microwave actually heats up food fantastically with the sensors. No more cold centers, and super easy to set! The black stainless is awesome, plus it doesn't fingerprint like the standard stainless appliances. I could not be happier!
