I purchased an over the stove microwave. It worked however would not heat. The service technician was prompt and diagnosed the problem right away it took a couple of days to the parts. It saved me from buying a new microwave.

Best Microwave I have ever owned. Replaced my microwave at my current home with another one but kept the old one. When I move out if I can't find this microwave, I'm reinstalling the old one and taking this with me. It is great for heating up leftover pizza, 1:30 seconds, then about 7 minutes using the "PowerGrill" feature and the pizza is hot, the crust is back to crispy just like it arrived that day. Fantastic!!! Heating popcorn chicken, using the PowerGrill feature, chicken is hot, with a bit of crispyness to it. A little like the Chick-Fil-A nuggets.

it's a very well-made microwave so far i love it they only thing that i will say, should be more user manual i had to go to youtube to find out how to set up the time instructions that came with it they are wrong but i love the color and the features.
