We purchased our (24" 3.1 cu. ft.) oven over a year ago to replace the 50-year-old propane oven in our tiny mid century kitchen (it was the only size that could fit in the existing space). It had a lot of features we'd been looking for, so we had some high expectations. So far it's been an exceptional and very versatile everyday performer.
The pros: I'm over the moon with the proofing setting. We bake a lot, and the 90° is perfectly consistent. I love the 550° max temperature, perfect for pizza. And that the slow cooker setting can be set to 170° for drying and dehydrating. I've never had any issue with inconsistent cooking using the convection settings, there's a learning curve to be sure if you've never used a convection oven, but it's easy to learn, and totally worth it. Otherwise it cooks like an oven should. It's also very easy to clean. Not just the inside surfaces, but the door disassembles easily to clean the glass. Oh- and the Smart Things connection makes it super easy to cook remotely. We've never had any issues with excess heat, in fact it's much cooler than the oven it replaced, but I suppose it depends on the space where it's being used (the heat has to go somewhere).
Cons: our biggest complaint-by far- is with the racks. They do not pull out easily, and tend to jam when pushing them back in (not great if you're cooking something with a lot of liquid). If this oven had telescoping easy-glide racks, it would be an absolute dream. The only other issue is cosmetic; the ceramic panel in the back of the oven stains very easily. Any stray drops of butter or oil are there for good.
Absolutely fantastic overall. I'd highly recommend it.

Do not buy this oven. It does not work.
The oven measures the temperature in the upper right corner in the back. The thermometer does not measure the temperature where the food is. When the oven says there are 400 degrees there are less than 350 in the middle of the oven where the food is.
Things get worse when you open the door for a few seconds. The temperature where the food is it will go down very quickly with a small change in the temperature the oven is measuring because the oven thermometer is very close to the wall of the oven and the temperature of the metal will influence what the oven is measuring. Consequently when you close the door the oven never realized the temperature went down and the temperature will stay low and you will undercook your food.
If one opens the door for around half minute or more, there is a larger drop of the temperature where the food is and the oven will realize the temperature went down and to warm the oven up it will turn on the broiler and burn all your food.
The design of this oven is a failure and they should not be selling this oven which at the end of the day it is an expensive piece of garbage.
