The first one I got wasn't working but once I got a new one it works great! I love the fact that it has wifi and I can check on it on my phone after I leave the house to make sure everything is off or pre heat on my way home

the grate rusted and the cook surface paint chip off after couple of months use. customer service said this is not covered under the warranty and there is nothing they can do to help, we can call service but will need to pay!
