We've had this oven for about 5 months now. It was converted to propane since we do not have a natural gas line (the conversion fittings came included). I love the dual oven feature. It's perfect for cooking two things at once, not having to heat up the entire oven, and showing off the upper-only half oven door to my friends. Also, the quiet-shut door is great! No more accidentally slamming to door shut (does not work on the upper-only half door). There's convection fans for both areas. You can take out the divider and have one large oven again. We've used the "dehydrator" and bread proofing features frequently! My only complaint/concern is that you need to be careful of what is put in the "top oven". Since the flame is above the food it can burn easily. Although, tenting it with foil may help. If you're really afraid of something burning use the bottom oven since the flame is below. If you have a Samsung TV connected to a smart home, the oven will display a banner at the top of your TV when your food is ready. This only works when you use the "cook timer" not the regular timer.

We've only had the Flex Duo for a couple of weeks, but we love it. Can't wait to try out the dual ovens for Thanksgiving.
