I have owned my Samsung 25 cu.ft. side by side refrigerator for 6 years. It has been very good reliable product. There has been no breakdowns or repairs needed at all. Just maintenance by replacing the water filter as needed. This refrigerator does not have the WiFi Smart things technology as the new Samsung refrigerators have so I don't know what I'm missing if I'm missing anything at all. The ice maker is a little noisy but I have got used to the sound of the ice tray emptying and refilling with water. No big deal for a reliable refrigerator. I did Not purchase any extended or additional warranty plans for this refrigerator. It would have been a waist of money. I am confidant that I will get many more years of reliable service from this refrigerator.
