We have had this washer about 7-9 years, we have never had a problem with it, we had the matching Dryer but that broke about 2 years ago, we replaced the broken dryer with another Samsung brand dryer, but it was current with the year we bought it.

we bought this washer in 2016 or 2017 and it's been going out for about 6 months. the drain pump went bad and the gears are going bad now. a washer should last at least 10 years!
