Love it!

Great set! I've had it over 4 years now and my only complaint is that the smart features don't work/connect, but I don't really need that. Nothing has broken. As for mold, you can't rely on the self-cleaning alone. You still have to wash your washer, but the self-cleaning definitely helps not have to clean it as often.

Hard Working Appliances

We've owned this combination for a few years now. We still love the set. We've never had any issue with either item.

The Prefect Washing Machine

I've owned this washer for 4 years and I've had zero major issues with it. It does a great job of getting clothes cleaned, it's got an option for everything I've ever needed for a family of six, and it's the quietest I've ever had. The add-wash has come in handy much more than I originally thought it would. You'll want to occasionally clean the rubber seal to avoid buildup, which isn't difficult. I was especially impressed when our water line was being repaired. Without notice, the technician turned water off to the few houses on our line and I panicked because I had a load going, thinking the washer could be damaged if it continued to operate without a water supply but it immediately paused itself and gave the code for no water supply. After a few hours the water was restored and it automatically started right back up where it left off. After heavy use for four years, nothing has broken or stopped functioning properly. It is a bit on the larger side, which unfortunately, is the only reason I'm no longer able to use it after moving into a home with a laundry room that's tighter in space. On the bright side, someone who is in the market for a used, excellent working washer will benefit from its many more years it undoubtedly has left to give.
