we have have this washer as well as our dryer for over 4 years. we have not had any issues with it. it doesn't shake out of control and it cleans our clothes very well. the best feature on this to us is the self-clean. we really like that after so many cycles it will remind us to clean it. just as i did with the dryer, i have to give this 5 stars all the way across.

ive own this washer (and dryer) for 3 years. i replaced the bearings after a year of use and they only lasted another 2. the reason is because the seal breaks and exposes water to the bearings. unfortunately i checked on this problem and im not the only one. i really liked how well it cleaned too.
