I've had this washer/dryer tower for almost a month now and I absolutely love it! It's quiet, it's quick and efficient. It has lights inside when you open the doors to switch laundry from one machine to the other. It's been easy to learn how to use and I'm not very tech savvy. I love that it connects to my phone and wifi and will alert me with a notification to let me know when a cycle is done and I can change settings on the app as well. The only negative thing I could say is that sometimes with the AI technology setting on the dryer the laundry feels almost a little damp still sometimes and I will just start a cycle again for a few minutes if that happens. Don't wait! Buy this machine if you're in the market!

We have had our new washer/dryer combo for about a while now and it is such an improvement to our old units. We have the units stacked which provides much more space over our past units without compromising capacity. I am slowly working my way through the different settings and each one works well for its given job. I particularly appreciate the bedding cycle and towel cycle as they thoroughly clean both items without taking forever. Our sheets and towels come out clean and refreshed. While we haven't used all of the different settings, the normal wash and AI optimal wash/dry are quick and effective during our normal laundry days. Quick and efficient are not words we would use to describe our old set and it makes laundry days so much quicker and easier. My husband has set up the smart things app, but I don't use it myself being a pregnant stay at home mom. Also, I love the color and sleek look of the machines. It brings me so much happiness to go in and see our beautiful new laundry room complete with amazing and efficient washer and dryer.
