i bought this washer two years ago, snd i love it ! the santize is great and the drum holds a king bedspread with ease ! the top small washer is perfect for small loads like my gym gear and delicates . the only pain is when i need to clean the filter . i really do need to buy a bottom drawer unit thing to raise the machine so it can be drained easier before pulling the filter out to be cleaned . it probably wouldnt be an issue for most but i have a great pyranese and a collie shepard mix along with a couple of long haired cats so their hair gets everywhere so i need to clean the filter more often . if the machine was lifted about 6+ inches it woukd make the draining much easier . other than that , this machine is the best.

This washer is no good. Sometimes it leaks. I can't run this machine without worrying about it leaking. I had samsung service technician come out to fix the dryer and that still not working properly either. I wish I could return both washer and dryer and get my money back.

I bought this flex washer in 2019. The upper flex washer door clip broke. I had to replace the whole unit on top which was extremely difficult to find. Once the technichians came out to fix it, they saw that door clip on the replacement unit was also broken. They had to resend this product 3 times due to the same issue. Once here, they replaced and ran a quick wash which then flooded my ceiling. It was found out that the seal on the 3rd washer replacement was defective. Horrible experience. We've been without a washer for 3 weeks now.
