i've had this washer for about three years, it works perfectly. it is absolutely amazing, we are a family and wash frequently, and this unit works great. it has a feature that i can use for my phone where i can delay the wash and start it from elsewhere. i am also able to monitor the wash through smart control and see the settings that i have it on. i like the little smaller because i'm able to wash a few items without using so much water. also, i'm able to get a wash done in about 20 minutes if i need to. the design is really nice and looks very much european!
