Accepted Answer

The Thor ARH36P range hood offers 3 fan speeds, giving you flexible control over airflow and noise. Lower speeds handle gentle tasks quietly, while higher speeds boost ventilation to remove smoke, steam, or odors efficiently.

Question 8

Is the Thor ARH36P considered low-profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes , the Thor ARH36P is a low-profile hood , designed to sit discreetly beneath upper cabinets or flush against the wall. It offers effective ventilation without protruding like bulky chimney-style models—perfect for kitchens with limited headroom or those seeking a sleek, space-saving look.

Question 9

Does the Thor ARH36P have a recirculating vent?

Accepted Answer

Yes , the Thor ARH36P range hood supports a recirculating (ductless) vent , which pulls cooking air through grease and charcoal filters before returning it into your kitchen. This allows installation where external ducting isn’t available, though it may be slightly less effective at removing heat and moisture compared to fully ducted hoods.

Question 10

Does the Thor ARH36P have a ducted vent (external vent)?

Accepted Answer

Yes , the Thor ARH36P range hood is a ducted hood , which means it vents cooking air outside through ductwork in your wall, ceiling, or floor. Question 11

Does the Thor ARH36P range hood include a temperature sensor?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Thor ARH36P range hood includes a built-in temperature sensor that detects heat from cooking. When the sensor senses elevated temperatures, it automatically turns on or adjusts the fan speed to improve ventilation.

Question 12

Does the Thor ARH36P come with a recirculating kit?

Accepted Answer

No, the Thor ARH36P range hood does not include a recirculating kit. You can purchase a compatible kit separately to filter air through charcoal filters and recirculate it back into the kitchen when ducting outside is not possible.

Question 13
