Subject to the following limitations: Commerical or other misapplications and Items fabricated to customer design. Vent-A-Hood shall have the sole discretion of determining whether or no the range hood is properly specified and installed. Due to the wide variability of climate conditions associated with the installation of outdoor cooking equipment, the Vent-A-Hood Performance Guarantee is not applicable.
