This is a very versatile grill, and I particularly like the well thought out grill center/cart. Everything you need is all right there. Even the Weber cover is a breeze to remove and put on and secure. I appreciate this grill as it's easy to light, easy to clean out the ash, and easy to move around. I also really like the grill grates design features and the ability to add bbq gourmet accessories. I've even been cooking breakfasts for the first time. Temp control is simple! I've owned a number of grills in my lifetime and this is my favorite!! It looks great too! Would highly recommend this grill for charcoal grill fans!!

I've had the Summit Charcoal for a year and a half and cook very regularly. It's an excellent grill and holds the heat very well. My only suggestion is that Weber offer a one-piece cooking surface. I regularly grill fish for a crown and the removable center tends to cause food to stick at the seams. I would love an option that has no removable center. Thanks Weber

Should have purchased this grill sooner. It is a joy to cook on. I am thinking about purchasing a second one if I can find the original version.
